Description

A bacteria-enhanced, premium-liquid, no-rinse floor cleaner with solvents. Provides a residual cleaning effect on quarry tile floors that can last for up to several days. Great for removing the fats, grease and oils that can build up in the grout and tile pores of quarry tile floors, causing slip-fall accidents.

Directions/Instructions Use instructions Dispense proper strength solution of product and warm or hot water in a mop bucket. Sweep up and remove solid waste from floor before applying., Post "Wet Floor" signs around area to be cleaned and use a clean mop to apply the cleaning solution generously to the floor, overlapping mop strokes. For best results, scrub the floor with a brush, especially if the floor has grout., Repeat if necessary on heavily soiled areas. Pick up soil and excess solution with a tightly wrung out mop, wringing it out frequently, or squeegee to floor drain., Dry mop or squeegee floor dry or allow floor to air dry before reuse. Once dry, remove "Wet Floor" signs. A potable water rinse is only required for those surfaces that may contact edible product. Pour unused Bio-Floor Cleaner from mop bucket into kitchen floor drain for daily maintenance., NOTE: Floors will be slippery when wet or contaminated with foreign materials. Promptly clean up spills and foreign materials. See container for lot number.Storage: Do not store in food processing or food storage areas. Shake well before using if product has settled.For Food Plant Use: Not for use on food contact surfaces. Avoid contamination of food during use or storage.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
